Deep South Initiative (DSI) is a nonpartisan civic engagement organization that believes every Southerner has the power to create more just and representative democracies. We work to create multi-racial, multi-generational, cross-class movement that works with communities to amplify their power through civic engagement.

The mission of Deep South Initiative (DSI) is to build power through increased civic participation in the South through nonpartisan voter registration, organizing, mobilization, and advocacy on the issues important to communities who feel left behind.
